Pradeo Security Systems, a developer of IT security solutions, aims to become a leader in the area of mobile user protection. While mobile working is constantly increasing (1 billion nomad users in 2012), Pradeo proposes a new approach to security seeking to maintain an optimal level of protection of user stations, no matter where they are located. To achieve this, Pradeo has applied a worldwide innovation: an embedded security gateway, based on virtualization techniques and a system that detects the level of threat in the user’s environment, no matter where he is situated.

Pradeo has the support of Europe, the Languedoc Roussillon region and the Business Innovation Center of Montpellier, which in 2007 received the international prize of world's best start-up incubator from the National Business Incubator Association (NBIA). Pradeo is the prizewinner of the contest that supports the creation of innovative companies, organized by the French Ministry of Research and was selected in the 60 best national projects, all of different domains, in the Tremplin competition organized by the French Senate.
