Pradeo is with you in any place and proposes two types of technical assistance:
- assistance 8x5: technical assistance on working days.
- assistance 24x7: technical assistance seven days a week and 24 hours a day.
On site intervention services are also available.

Training

If you want to understand better our products, you can go through training, organized by our company.
The training can take one day or more, depending on the product you have chosen, and can be done individually or in a group.
Pradeo is registered as training organization.
